Our Programs

Our philosophy is to meet children where they are energetically, teaching to the class that is present at that moment. So while our classes always include basic and challenging poses, group and partner poses, yoga games and mindfulness activities, breathing exercises and deep relaxation, the flow of when things happen completely evolves with the energy of the room. Kids will experience an ebb and flow of structure and freedom while they build body awareness, strength and flexibility, coordination and balance, focus and concentration, while learning tools for self-regulation, calming the body and mind, soothing nervousness and anxiety, and of course, confidence and self-love.

Class Descriptions

Baby Yoga & Developmental Movement

This unique class is for babies only! Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. We will help our little ones into yoga poses and developmental exercises as we sing, dance and play! We'll make tummy time fun, work on brain development skills, as well and build strength for sitting, scooting, crawling and walking. This class is too sweet to miss! Moms, Dads and caregivers are welcome! Class is 30 minutes.

Toddler Yoga

Partner with your toddler in fun, animated poses as we take a yoga adventure that your child will never forget! We combine fun yoga poses with engaging songs, puppets and stories. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our butterfly wings as we stretch, sing, balance, twist, bend and play yoga! We'll plant lots of seeds for kindness, compassion, empathy, connection, confidence, body awareness, self-regulation, finding our calm, sharing and for bonding between parent & child, all while strengthening growing muscles and using our imaginations. Caregivers welcome. For runners through age 3. Class is 45 minutes.

Kids Yoga 8-11 years old

In this high energy class, kids really “play yoga” as we emphasize partner and group poses, and yoga games! We’ll help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences, while promoting self-confidence, connection and compassion. Kids learn to be kind towards themselves, others, and the importance of community through the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, mindfulness activities, breathing techniques and calming exercises. Challenges and self expression is continuously encouraged but never forced. Class ends with time for deep relaxation. Class is 45 or 60 minutes.

Family Yoga

Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child no matter what age! Partner poses are emphasized, ensuring great bonding time. We'll also include group poses, challenging poses, we'll play fun yoga games, practice partner acrobatics, and flying partner yoga, all while building confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies. Self-expression through yoga is encouraged. This class promises fun for the whole family because you can do yoga together forever! Class is 1 hour.

Mom & Baby Yoga

This unique class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your infant. Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures, and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies. Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Dads are welcome too! All levels. Class is 1 hour.


Kids Yoga 4-7 Years Old

Fun, inspirational classes encourage a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative series, we combine simple and challenging yoga poses with engaging songs, props and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility and self-love. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus and self-regulate through breathing and relaxation techniques. This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class. Class is 45 minutes.


Teen

Using yoga poses and breathing exercises to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this class. Also included are partner and group poses and playful yoga games for connection, concentration and releasing stressful energy. We’ll also practice mindfulness and meditation to ease anxiety, as well as clear and calm the mind. Teens will experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body. Positive self-awareness, esteem and self-love are encouraged. Often includes restorative yoga. Class is 1 hour.

Private Yoga Class

Kids can practice yoga one-on-one or in a small group with one of our fun and experienced children's yoga instructors. Private classes for families, groups of friends, moms and babies - we can accommodate most groups. Can be held at our space or yours. Class is one hour. Private classes are for up to 3 child participants or 2 adult participants. Additional fee for larger groups. By appointment only.
