Kids Yoga at Olly Olly’s Kids Day!

Also…..bounce house, face painting and a specialty kids menu!
Come Play Yoga at 2pm and 2:30pm.
Ages 3 and up. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Family Yoga at Chelsea Factory!

This fun and playful class is an opportunity for kids to share the yoga fun with their grownups! We'll stretch, bend, twist, sing, dance and play yoga at this amazing performance and art space! We'll do group partner poses, partner acrobatics and flying partner yoga, too! We'll play some of our favorite yoga games and wind down with relaxation time.We’ll also do a mindfulness craft that kids can take home and use forever!
Ages 4 and up. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Downward Dog Yoga with Puppies at Bideawee!
Sunday, June 9th
10:00am - 11:00am, $25 Donation
Join us for “Downward Dog Yoga with Puppies!” in the brand-new, outdoor space at Bideawee’s Manhattan Adoption Center! Children ages 8 and up and their families, are invited to attend this one-of-a-kind class lead by Shari, featuring Bideawee adoptable puppies.
Space is limited to 25 attendees! This event will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We are asking for a $25 per person to help support Bideawee’s continued efforts to rescue homeless dogs and cats and integrate them into loving homes.
Bring a yoga mat!

Yoga StoryTime (all ages and their grownup) comes alive with yoga poses, songs and stories! Join Shari every Thursday!
