A Yoga Birthday Party is a great way to celebrate your child’s special day!

We’ll bring the yoga fun for an amazing birthday celebration outdoors or at your space!

Yoga Outdoors/in Your Home

1 hour of fun-filled yoga for up to 10 children. Younger kids can choose a fun theme - Jungle, Beach, Farm, Dinosaur, Princess, Superhero, Outer Space, Nature, Characters, or come up with your own! Older kids can choose from a super fun well-rounded yoga class with group and partner poses and lots of fun yoga games, or a theme of their choice. Includes props, music, a yoga game or two, foot massages and relaxation time.

$25 each additional child. Travel fee may apply for outside of Manhattan.

1.5 hours of creative yoga and games with props & music for up to 10 children and a special craft project for the kids to take home. Choose from creating puppets, lantern emojis, glitter jars, decorating t-shirts, wish-boxes, dream catchers, or mandalas (more crafts available). Recommended for ages 5 and up.

Downward Doll Party

1 hour of fun and silliness for up to 10 children to share the yoga fun with their favorite dolls, creature, or stuffed animal! We'll explore pint-sized poses, mini-mudras, bitsy balances, and teensy twists...all for the kids and their favorite toy-friend. Kids bring their own doll or stuffed animal, help them into yoga poses, and they can practice along side, on their very own mini yoga mat, which they can keep. Recommended for ages 3 and up.

DIY Essential Oil & Yoga Party

2 hours of fun-filled DIY and yoga for up to 10 children. We'll stretch, bend and twist, but first, we will play with essential oils. We'll start by learning what the oils can do and then make our very own body butter, lip balm, sugar scrub, spray bottle or a roller ball (choose up to 3 for each child), all using the purest oils from Young Living. Yoga will end with restorative poses and aroma therapy, with oil-infused hand and foot rubs. Recommended for ages 9 and up.

Butterfly Yoga Party

1 1/2 hours of magical butterfly fun for up to 10 children! Includes the transformation into a butterfly through yoga poses, music, stories, props and butterfly wings to decorate and keep forever! Recommended for ages 4 and up.

Yoga Mat Painting Party

2 hours of fun-filled yoga poses with props & music for up to 10 children. Includes a kid-sized yoga mat (color options vary) to decorate. Our instructors will assist kids to create something special that they can keep and practice yoga with at home. Your guests will remember the party every time they practice on their very own originally designed yoga mat! Includes painting supplies and a tarp. Recommended for ages 6 and up.

My First Birthday Party


$300

1 hour celebration of baby's first year with fun-filled, age appropriate yoga poses for you and your little one. Baby guests and their parents can participate in a special 1/2 hour Baby Yoga class complete with songs and stretches for everyone, followed by a 1/2 hour of supervised free play with developmental play stations (tunnel, toys, balls, musical instruments, and more), and a reading of baby's favorite book.

  • Relax! Our professional staff will be there to handle everything yoga! Our instructors are trained and certified specifically in Children’s Yoga, are experienced with large and small groups, and work with kids of all abilities.

  • Full payment is due upon booking and reserves the date and time for your party. Balance for any additional children or supplies is due the day before the party.
