Baby Yoga & Developmental Movement (6 weeks - crawlers and new walkers)

This unique class is for babies only! Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. We will help our little ones into yoga poses and developmental exercises as we sing, dance and play! We'll make tummy time fun, work on brain development skills, as well and build strength for sitting, scooting, crawling and walking. This class is too sweet to miss! Moms, Dads and caregivers are welcome! Class is 30 minutes.

Mom & Baby Yoga (6 weeks - new walkers)

This unique class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your infant.  Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures, and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies. Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Dads are welcome too! All levels. Class is 1 hour.

Mom & Baby Pilates (6 weeks - crawlers)

Spend a special hour bonding with your pre-crawler while safely and effectively strengthening your deepest core muscles. You will learn the best way to access your "inner corset" while moving through a series of Pilates exercises designed to enhance well being, lengthen, and tone. Baby will blossom in this safe and supportive environment, where gentle touch and social atmosphere encourage play and progress. All levels welcome. Class is 1 hour.


Parent & Child (strong walkers - 3 yrs)

Partner with your toddler in fun, animated poses as we take a yoga adventure that your child will never forget! We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our butterfly wings as we stretch, sing, balance, twist, bend and play yoga! We'll plant lots of seeds for connection, courage, body awareness, self-regulation, kindness, finding our calm, sharing and for bonding between parent & child, all while strengthening growing muscles and using our imaginations. Caregivers welcome. Class is 45 minutes.


StoryTime (Infant - 6 yrs)

Storytime comes alive with puppets, songs and yoga poses. Carefully selected stories that naturally lend themselves to yoga! As we read we'll come across animals and elements of nature that we know from yoga...we'll stop the story, do the yoga pose, then continue with our story. StoryTime is 30 minutes.


Kids Only Yoga Classes

3 - 4 year olds

Fun, inspirational classes encourage a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative series, we combine simple yoga poses with engaging songs, puppets and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility. Class is 45 minutes.


4 - 6 year olds

This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class. Class is 45 minutes.


Gloga Yoga (ages 5 - 8 years)

The same yoga fun under black lights! We'll practice basic and challenging poses, partner and group poses, play fun yoga games and mindfulness activities, breathing exercises and more. Class ends with relaxation time under our glowing and twinkling lights. Be sure to wear white or neon for extra glowability! Class is 45 minutes.



7 - 9 year olds

Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy. Class is 45 minutes.




CircusYoga (7 and up)

CircusYoga blends the consciousness of yoga with the communal celebration of circus. It fosters connection, play and communication through Circus Skills. We'll learn Juggling and Clowing, use Devil Sticks and Spinning Plates, and of course, Flying Partner Yoga! We'll play with balance, creative movement and acrobatics. We'll collaborate through group games and invention. CircusYoga principles include courage, trust, connection, collaboration, deep listening, community and celebration. And learn to FLY!
Class is 45 minutes.




10 - 12 year olds

Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. Partner and group poses are emphasized. Age appropriate yoga games are included in every class. Class is 1 hour.




Girl Power Yoga

Who runs the world? Girls!

Join us where we focus on how to lift each other up, be an important member in the community and love ourselves for who we really are. At this age, girls desperately need a non-competitive outlet to let go of their stress and anxiety and feel great about themselves. We'll practice basic and challenging yoga poses, partner poses and group poses. We'll journal, meditate, play group games and activities for supporting each other, learn and share about ourselves and create ideas of how we can make the world a better place for all.

We'll focus on positive self-image, self-love, and kindness towards ourselves and others. And of course, being strong inside and out. Girl power!

For girls only. Class series for ages 8 - 11 years are one hour and includes the book, "Um....Like Om", by Evan Cooper, additional materials and their very own yoga mat. Pre-registration is required.


Teen Yoga & Essential Oils (11 and up)

Combining our yoga practice with the healing benefits of essential oils is the focus of this class. We'll diffuse essential oils in our yoga room while practicing basic and challenging poses, partner and group poses, experience emotional balance through important breathing exercises, balancing poses and deep relaxation to build a healthy relationship with our body. Positive self-awareness and esteem are encouraged. Within each class, we will make a DIY rollerball, spray bottle, body butter, lip balm, or face mask using only the purest essential oils from Young Living. Class is 75 minutes.



Teens (13 and up)

Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this class. Also included are partner and group poses and playful yoga games. Experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body. Positive self-awareness and esteem are encouraged. Class is 1 hour.

Special Needs (for kids of varied abilities)

This yoga class is for children of varied abilities and needs. Our experienced and trained teachers will support each child’s unique physical, mental and emotional development through engaging yoga poses and games. We’ll practice breathing exercises that help calm the body and mind, while promoting increased focus and concentration. Classes encourage social interaction in a safe and welcoming environment that meet children on their own unique level. Each class ends with relaxation time and foot rubs. Class size is limited to 8 children and is 30 minutes long.


Peace In (Private Teen Group Yoga)

Learn effective yogic tools to handle stress, anger, anxiety, depression, and other challenges facing teens. Practice breathing techniques to calm, energize, and balance the nervous system, practice flowing sequences, challenging poses, partner and group poses, restorative yoga, and deep relaxation. Dive deeper into the history and philosophy of yoga, sanskrit, and meditation. Students will develop compassion and self-confidence, empowering them to be agents of peace in the world. Class is 1 hour and is by appointment only.



Family Yoga Class

(Class for 4 - 7 yrs and 8+ yrs)

Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child no matter what age! Partner poses are emphasized, ensuring great bonding time. We'll also include group poses, challenging poses, we'll play fun yoga games, practice partner acrobatics, and flying partner yoga, all while building confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies. Self-expression through yoga is encouraged.

This class promises fun for the whole family because you can do yoga together forever! Class is 45 minutes for 4 - 7 yr olds and 60 minutes for kids 8 and up.









Prenatal Yoga

Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. Class is 75 minutes.

Prenatal Pilates

This Pilates-based class is recommended for women at any stage during pregnancy and welcomes all levels. Learn exercises to strengthen the core muscles of the abdomen, gluteus, legs, back and pelvis and help maintain a strong and healthy body throughout pregnancy. Using a variety of props such as resistance bands, blocks and foam rollers, these exercises will help maintain abdominal tone in a safe way and aid in preventing or minimizing "diastasis recti" (separation of the abdominal muscles that may occur during pregnancy and/or delivery). Classes are open level and beginners are welcome. Exercises can be modified throughout the pregnancy to accommodate women at all stages. Group class size is limited to ensure personalized attention. Class is 1 hour.



Prenatal Power

This power-packed 90 minute class incorporates the best Pilates, Barre and strength training moves to strengthen the core muscles of the abdomen, gluteus, legs, back, arms and pelvis, to maintain a strong and healthy body during all stages of pregnancy, as well as incorporating yoga poses that will soothe and stretch your changing body. Each class will end with use of Yoga Tune-up® balls and rolling session followed by deep relaxation. We'll work you hard and spoil you after - this is a great workout for active mommas-to-be! Class is 90 minutes.





Private Yoga Class

Kids can practice yoga one-on-one or in a small group with one of our fun and experienced children's yoga instructors. Private classes for families, groups of friends, moms and babies - we can accommodate most groups. Can be held at our space or yours.

Class is one hour. Private classes are for up to 3 child participants or 2 adult participants. Additional fee for larger groups. By appointment only.
