3 - 4 year olds


Fun, inspirational classes encourage a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative series, we combine simple yoga poses with engaging songs, puppets and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility. Class is 45 minutes.

 

 

4 - 6 year olds

This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class. Class is 45 minutes.

 

 

7 - 9 year olds

Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun postures, group games, breathing and basic anatomy. Class is 45 minutes.

 

 

10 - 12 year olds

Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. Class is 1 hour.

 

 

Teens (13 and up)

Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this class - a transition between kid and adult yoga. Create emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation. Positive self-awareness and esteem are encouraged. Class is 1 hour.

 

 

Yoga Art (5 and up)


Help release your little yogini's creativity in this "art meets yoga" class! Simple yoga poses and breathing exercises combined with a new and exciting craft each week! From decorating yoga shirts and mats, to creating unique and special treasures that kids can keep forever. Self-expression is encouraged.
Class is 45 minutes.

 

Mom & Baby (2 mos. - walkers)

This unique class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your infant.  Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures, and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies. Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Dad's are welcome too! All levels. Class is 1 hour.

Parent & Child (walkers - 3 yrs)

Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that you're child will never forget! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent and chld. Caregivers welcome. Class is 45 minutes.

 

 

Story Time Yoga (Infant - 5 yrs)


Story time comes alive with puppets and yoga poses. Carefully selected stories that naturally lend themselves to yoga! As we read we'll come across animals and elements of nature that we know from yoga...we'll stop the story, do the yoga pose, then continue with our story. Story Time Yoga is 1/2 hour.

 

 

Family Yoga Class

(4 - 6 yrs and 7 - 10 yrs)


Yoga fun for the whole family! Interactive poses, games, music, and self-expression through yoga. Partner poses are emphasized. Yoga is a great activity to do with your child! Class is 45 minutes.

 

 

Private Yoga Class


Kids can practice yoga one-on-one or in a small group with one of our fun and experienced children's yoga instructors. Private classes for families, groups of friends, moms and babies - we can accommodate most groups. Can be held at our space or yours. Class is one hour. For up to 6 participants. Additional fee for larger groups.

 

Prenatal Yoga
Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. Prenatal classes are by appointment only.
